When will my order ship?
Unless
otherwise noted, orders will generally ship within one
month. We ask that you give us at least one month from
the time you place your order to receive the items. All the items at
Feto Soap are hand-crafted by one person (Lisa). If you need your items
quicker than this, please see RUSH
Orders.
RUSH Orders
If you need your order rushed a fee of $15.00 will be added and we will
rush processing. This does not cover upgrading the shipping charges.
You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Shipping
Our
methods of shipment are:First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail ,
and packages weighing more than three pounds will be shippged with FedEx Ground
and FedEx Home Delivery. International shipments are made with Global Priority Mail.

Due
to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept
returns. Any custom, made-to-order item cannot be returned or
exchanged.
If you would like to exchange your item, return the item unused,
unopened and in perfect condition within 5 days of receipt for your
exchange. Contact
us before shipping your item back or your exchange will not
be processed. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for wholesale, bulk or custom orders.
